But I know from first-hand experience how life in an association can become unpleasant when a conflict arises that isn’t handled productively.
We were raising a little family in a six-unit that had been a lovely community to be in for the first three years. That changed when two people who would attend the board meetings got mad one afternoon about something and none of us knew what to do about it and just kind of ignored it, but it made things quite unpleasant for a couple of years. The neighborliness went sour.
So, I know how uncomfortable and painful condo conflict can be.
